Best heatsink for GM3303 with quad core

​I know I've seen posts about this here before so, I'm trying again. The quad core puts out more heat than the dual so, if I'm correct, I should at least use the K078D heatsink as opposed to the OCP825 correct? Can anyone recommend a good aftermarket heatsink that won't require major surgery? Thanks​
